These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Lexidapt Intelligence Group, a company registered in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India ("Lexidapt AI," "we," "our," or "us").

Where a minor uses the service, the parent or legal guardian — and not Lexidapt AI — bears responsibility for that use and for ensuring appropriate consent is in place.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:
To use Lexidapt AI you must create an account using either Google Sign-In (via Google OAuth) or email and one-time password (OTP).

We are not liable for loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false information.
Each person may maintain only one free account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription requirements or Free-plan usage limits is prohibited and may result in permanent ban.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:
Free, PRO and ELITE monthly usage limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused note, podcast or other allowances do not roll over. We may apply additional fair-use daily limits across all features to protect platform stability and prevent abuse, and may adjust these limits with reasonable notice.
All prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). If you pay using a card or account denominated in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees which are your sole responsibility.
Payments are processed by Razorpay (razorpay.com). By subscribing you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — they are handled entirely by Razorpay.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of price increases via email. Price changes take effect at your next billing cycle after the notice period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page or by emailing billing@lexidapt.ai. Cancelling stops future autopay charges only — you keep full access to your paid plan for the remainder of the period you have already paid for (for example, if 20 days remain, you keep Pro/Elite for those 20 days). When that period ends, your account moves to the permanent Free plan and all your data is retained.
The ONLY exception to our no-refund policy: If Lexidapt AI experiences a verified, documented service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated service credit (not a monetary refund) for the outage period. Credits must be requested within 7 days of outage resolution at billing@lexidapt.ai.
Initiating a chargeback for charges that comply with these Terms is a violation of our Terms. Chargeback attempts may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and collection action.
The Free plan is available at no cost and does not expire. It carries the monthly usage limits described in Section 4.1. When you reach a Free-plan limit, that feature is paused until the next calendar month or until you upgrade to PRO or ELITE. Your notes and content remain available while your account is active. The Free plan is provided once per email address, and creating additional accounts to reset usage limits is prohibited.
If you cancel an annual plan, you retain access until the annual period ends. No refund is issued for remaining months. You will not be charged for the next year.

All content you upload must be content you have the legal right to upload, must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, must not contain personally identifiable information of third parties without consent, and must comply with all applicable laws.
Lexidapt AI is a study tool designed to help you learn, not to do your work for you. You are solely responsible for:
Lexidapt AI is not responsible for any academic penalties, disciplinary action, or consequences arising from your use of our service in violation of your institution's academic integrity policies.
Lexidapt AI and all associated technology, software, branding, designs, and content are owned by Lexidapt Intelligence Group and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Lexidapt AI. By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content to generate study materials and store your content and generated materials.
We will never:
Content generated by Lexidapt AI based on your uploads belongs to you, subject to the underlying content's original copyright and these Terms.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback without compensation to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEXIDAPT AI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGY IS IMPERFECT. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR INACCURACIES. YOU MUST VERIFY ALL IMPORTANT INFORMATION INDEPENDENTLY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEXIDAPT INTELLIGENCE GROUP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, ANY DATA BREACH, DATA LEAK, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DATA, ACADEMIC FAILURE OR POOR EXAM PERFORMANCE, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS — IN SUCH CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Lexidapt AI makes no guarantee that use of our service will improve your academic performance, exam scores, or educational outcomes.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lexidapt Intelligence Group and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Lexidapt AI integrates with third-party services including Google OAuth, third-party AI language and voice providers, transactional email, and a payment processor (Razorpay). These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.
Our service may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external websites.
When you use YouTube links to generate study materials, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process that content. We access only publicly available captions and are not responsible for the accuracy of YouTube-sourced content.
Lexidapt AI can generate study materials in 102 languages. Indian languages (and Indian-curriculum English) are processed by specialized regional AI language models; all other global languages are processed by global AI language models, with automatic fallback between providers. School administrators are responsible for communicating these Terms to students, ensuring compliance with their institution's academic integrity policies, and managing student access appropriately.
Your use of Lexidapt AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to attempt informal resolution by emailing legal@lexidapt.ai with a description of your dispute and allowing us 30 days to respond.
IF INFORMAL RESOLUTION FAILS, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION rather than in court, except for intellectual property disputes and emergency injunctive relief. Arbitration shall be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the seat and venue of arbitration at GIFT City, Gujarat, India, and proceedings in English.
YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST LEXIDAPT AI.
For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
Nothing in this arbitration clause limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) or the IT Act 2000 (India). Indian users may also seek redressal through the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
Any claim against Lexidapt AI must be brought within ONE YEAR of the event giving rise to the claim, or be forever barred.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lexidapt AI regarding your use of our service.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
You may not assign your account or rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, war, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, third-party service outages, or pandemics.
These Terms are written in English. Translations may be provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
